Abstract Parish of Burton, Sunbury County, Esquire. York County records. Will dated 17 September 1828, proved 18 December 1830. To be buried in the Church-yard at Fredericton beside late wife Abigail. Land in Burton on the River St. John to be divided into six equal lots and distributed:— son Charles Freeman STREET the Lot adjoining that heretofore conveyed to him, half my books, my long fowling piece; son Edwin Denny STREET the lot adjoining that heretofore conveyed to him, half my books, my "Musquet No. 2," my dwelling house on condition that he permit his sister Ann Frances BURTON and her family to occupy such part of the dwelling as they have for the past two years until her husband, George Duncan BERTON shall erect a house on the lot next adjoining; daughter Ann Frances BERTON £200 and the lot adjoining my dwelling; daughter Susanna Maria Louisa HUBBARD £200 and the lot adjoining that bequeathed to her sister Ann Frances BERTON; son James Wallis STREET £200 and the lot adjoining that bequeathed to his sister Susanna Maria Louisa HUBBARD; son William Henry STREET £200 and the lot adjoining his brother James Wallis STREET. Sons Charles Freeman STREET and John Ambrose Sharman STREET my proportion of the outstanding debts due the late partnership between me and my son George Frederick STREET which terminated in Easter Term 1825. Executors to sell 14 Lots in Fredericton, Nos. 135, 136, 137, 138 in Block 9 and Nos. 245, 246, 247, 248, 249, 250, 251, 252, 253, 254 in Block 16 and lands in Parish of Wakefield. Sons George Frederick STREET, John Ambrose Sharman STREET and Alfred Locke STREET each £100. Son Samuel Denny Lee STREET £300 and £100 bank stock in the Bank of New Brunswick, my watch and seals and my short fowling piece. Grand-sons George Dixon STREET and Samuel Denny STREET, son of my late son Thomas George STREET each £100. Grand-daughter Abigail Louisa BERTON £100. Grand-son George Frederick Street BERTON £50 for the purchase of Law Books. Grand-children Elizabeth Euphemia BERTON, Samuel Denny BERTON, Maria Ann BERTON and Frances Ludlow BERTON each £50. Any residue of estate to be divided among children Charles Freeman STREET, William Henry STREET, John Ambrose Sharman STREET, Alfred Locke STREET, James Wallis STREET, Susanna Maria Louisa HUBBARD and Samuel Denny Lee STREET. Sons Charles Freeman, George Frederick and John Ambrose Sharman STREET executors. Witnesses: Charles FISHER, W. H. NEEDHAM, C. A. HARDING.
