The death is announced at Hillsboro (Albert Co.) of Mrs. Nancy RUSSELL relict of Capt. David RUSSELL. In the early history of the place when there were not over a dozen houses, she lived a number of years. Her husband died some five or six years ago. The funeral takes place tomorrow at Hillsboro from the home of her son-in-law, George A. STEEVES.
