Amherst, N.S., Nov 14 - The death of N.C. CALHOUN, for many years in the hotel business, both here and in St. John, took place at an early hour this morn. at the Terrace hotel. The deceased was in the 53rd year of his age, was a native of Albert Co., N.B. and a s/o George CALHOUN, registrar of deeds of that county. He leaves a widow, nee Miss Martha WALLACE, Hillsboro and two sons, William CALHOUN and Walter CALHOUN who for the past twelve months have been managers of the Terrace hotel.
