Hon. Charles WATTERS, Judge of the County and Vice Admiralty courts, died at his residence, corner of Princess and Carmarthen streets. He was twice married, his first wife being the daughter of John DOHERTY of this city, by whom he had four sons and two daughters, the latter being Mrs. McAVENNY and Mrs. W.E. COLLIER. His second wife was a daughter of Major PRIESTLY of Fredericton by whom he was wedded about 1862. By her he leaves five sons and three daughters.
