Fredericton, May 16 - Frank C. WILLIAMS, a well known barber of this city, skipped out suddenly this morn., leaving debts behind in the amount of $1.000. Williams came here from Moncton three years ago and after taking a course at the infantry school, opened a barber shop on York Street. Two years ago he married and started housekeeping on quite an expensive scale. Williams is a Frenchman about 26 years old ansd claims to have been a fireman on the Intercolonial when he lived at Moncton. In Moncton Williams was better known as GOTRO.
