It is not often that New Brunswicker's figure in the divorce court, but the Boston 'Herald' gives the following case: In the divorce court, Fruiday, Annie R. WOOD asked to be separated from her husband, Alfred WOOD. She alledged desertion and said he would drink the Charles river dry if given the right kind of drink. The couple were married in New Brunswick in 1862. Alfred was then and now a sea captain. A decree nisi was ordered.
