Tormentine (West. Co.) - Wm Leonard CRANE is the son of Frederick CRANE, Esq., long known for many years in this place and the surrounding county. He began to live May 20th, 1872 and has grown up in the midst of work connected with country operations. He was never known to do a mean act, and it would now seem that is scarcely capable of such. In the small business which his father has conducted during recent years, Lennie has become popular and now merges into a larger business sphere. Wm Harvey DOBSON is the s/o late Richard DOBSON, Esq. of this place. He began his career on this mundane sphere Sept. 16th, 1861. He is by trade a mason but has been in late years during the fishing season engaged in the lobster packing business. (see original)
