The death of Judge Neville PARKER occurred at St. Andrews yesterday morn. at 9 o'clock. The funeral is fixed for Monday in the Rural Cemetery of St. Andrews. We copy from the globe: Hon. Neville PARKER was a brother of late Chief Justice Robert PARKER to whom he was a junior by only one or two years. The father held the office of Collector of Customs at (St. John) port and we believe held high command in the British Navy. Mr. PARKER was born in (St. John) city and was educated here and at King's College, Windsor, N.S. where he was a class mate with his brother and the late Dr. I.W.D. GRAY under Dr. PORTER. He studied law and held a prominent position at the Bar, having been associated in professional partnership with his brother, and after the elevation of the latter to the Bench of the Supreme Court in 1834, with William JACK, Esq. In 1838 he was appointed Master of the Rolls and presided over all equity causes in the Province until 1854 when the Court of Chancery was abolished and he was transferred to the Bench of the Supreme Court. For a long period he was member of the Council of King's College, Fredericton. He recently resigned his seat on the Bench on account of long continued ill health. He leaves quite a large family.
