Upper Woodstock, Dec. 8 - The happiest event that has occurred in this village for many years was the marriage Wednesday eve. of S. Frank TILLEY to Miss Mattie BREWER. Albert BREWER, the brid's father and Miss Brewer, spared no pains to provide for the entertainment. Rev. Canon Neales tied the knot.
