A man named George WARD living near Andover (Victoria Co.) while crossing over Andover Railway Bridge in a state of intoxication, fell between the two piers to the ice, a distance of thirty feet. It a short time he came to and desired to be taken to Murphy's Hotel. Dr. Beveridge was sent for. The unfortunate man was injured on the side and received other inward injuries. It will be doubtful if he will recover.
