John P. WEIR received a telegram yesterday announcing the death of his brother Allan WEIR which occurred at St. John yesterday morn. The deceased was the eldest s/o late Jonathan WEIR. Owing to mental derangement he has been in the Asylum for the past few months where his death occurred. The deceased was about 42 years of age and had been in failing health. This is the third death which has taken place in this family within a year. Mr. Weir went to St. John this morn. and will bring the body home for interment in the family lot in the Rural Cemetery.
