Charles ARMSTRONG s/o William ARMSTRONG, resident of Natick, was accidentally killed in the Boston and Albany Railroad yard in Boston on Tuesday 9th. He was employed as clerk in the freight dept. and was riding to the station on the platform of the paymaster's car, to which he was hanging with both hands, when he was struck by a signal post or projection and crushed badly, death following in a few minutes. The remains were brought to Natick for burial. - 'Natick Bulletin' - The deceased was 19 years of age. His father is a native of St. John and a brother of Major A.J. ARMSTRONG.
