James LOCKHART and his sister, children of John LOCKHART of Milford (St. John) were gathering gum from the logs along the shore, when the boy sent his sister to the house for a knife. When she returned her brother was missing and she alarmed the neighbors who found the body near the spot where he was last seen. The boy was 8 years of age.
