Some two weeks since we received through the Post Office a note signed Geral M. BURKE asking us to state that Gerald M. Burke and Charles REGAN were to leave for Texas in the spring. It now turns out the letter was a forgery. Mr. Burke has no intention, he tells us, of leaving Woodstock.
