Mrs. Edward NEEDHAM, a member of the Baptist Church, Charlottetown, P.E.I., departed this life at Ottawa, 12th June. She died at the residence of her son-in-law, Frederick JOHNSON. Before leaving the Island, Mrs. Needham arranged all her affairs and on her arrival at her daughter's home she daid "I have come here to die." The Lord gracious spared his hand maiden to see her 70th year. The day before her death a daughter from Lowell, Mass. arrived just in time to see her mother before consciousness had fled. In a lovely spot in Beechwood cemetery her remains were interred on the 14th. The funeral services were conducted by Rev. G.M.W. Carey, M.A.
