The will of late David CALDWELL was proved yesterday. The homestead at Norton (Kings Co.), containing 200 acres, is devised to his son, David H. CALDWELL. The house on Garden St., St. John in which the testator lived at the time of his death and a bequest of $3,000 are given to his son, George P. CALDWELL, M.D. To his granddaughters, Kate CALDWELL, Carrie CALDWELL and Grace CALDWELL, daughters of his deceased son, W.B. CALDWELL, $500 each. To his son, William M. CALDWELL, M.D., $1000. To his grandchildren, Paul CALDWELL and Lucy CALDWELL, children of his son W.M. Caldwell, $500 each. To his daughters, Lucy GILBERT w/o Henry GILBERT and Mary Jane STEVENS w/o H.T. STEVENS of Moncton, $1000 each.
