The funeral of the late Patrick MORAN took place yesterday, From the residence of the deceased, the funeral proceeded to the Cathedral where usual service was read. St. Malachi's society and members of Father Matthew assoc. and St. Peter's society, preceded the hearse, headed by the City Cornet band playing the Dead March in Saul. The pall bearers were Patrick GLEASON, Robt. COLEMAN, James CARNEY, John McKELVEY, Patrick McCARTHY and Michael RYAN.
