We regret to learn the death, George N. COLE at Boston, Monday morn. He left here (for) that city about four weeks since with the intention of purchasing his stock of fall and winter goods. Owing to illness, he was unable to return at the time he designed (10th inst.), left family. His remains will arrive here in steamer this afternoon and funeral will take place 10 o'clock tomorrow morn.
