Newcastle 'Advocate' says: On Tuesday April 28, Jas. ROBINSON, Esq., M.P.P. received a telegram from Stillwater, Minnesota conveying the sad news that his brother, David ROBINSON had been killed at that place. From a letter subsequently received, it appears that the deceased was engaged driving a wagon loaded with heavy machinery, when part of the harness gave way, and in his efforts to recover a broken rein he was thrown to the ground, part of the machinery falling on him. Death was instantaneous. He left Miramichi about 23 years ago for his new home in the West and by his industry and integrity had been highly successful. He was 48 years of age and left a widow and six children. The eldest child is 21 years of age.
