There was a large attendance at the funeral of the poet MURDOCH yesterday. At the house Rev. Mitchell read a chapter, Rev. Stavely delivered an address and Rev. Dr. Waters prayed. The burial service at the grave was read by Rev. Dr. Waters and a prayer offered by Rev. Mitchell. The pall bearers were Joseph ARMSTRONG, James FLOOD, George STEWART, John E. TURNBULL, Alex. A. WATSON and Archibald McLEAN, Esqs.
