James STEELE, Y.M.C.A., received a despatch yesterday stating that his uncle Andrew RUSSELL had been killed by being run over by the cars in the station yard at Winnipeg. Mr. Russell was for a long time baggage master on the Intercolonial. He left St. John some 12 years ago and had been in the employ of C.P.R. He was a brother of Edward RUSSELL of the I.C.R. and Mrs. T. GRAHAM and Mrs. John STEELE of St. John city.
