Oscar DAVIS s/o D.D. DAVIS of Indiantown (St. John) age 16, while bathing with some boys of his own age near Hunter;s coal shed at about half past 6 o'clock last eve., fell from a rolling log into deep water, and being unable to swim was drowned. His body was recovered about 20 minutes after. Young Davis was a grandson of Thomas CUNARD.
