d. William WALKER was born in Springfield (Kings Co.) in 1792. He professed religion when 17 years of age under the faithful labors of Elder Hale. In 1809 he removed to Norton and in 1821 to where he resided until his death, 15th Jan. 1864. He was one of the first that united with the Free C. Baptist Church at the Middleland; left widow, three sons, four daughters. (see eulogy)
