We regret to announce the demise of Alexander McDOUALL of Woodburn farm, St. Andrews parish, Charlotte Co.. Mr. McDOUALL drove up to St. Stephen on Tuesday last and had entered the office of Alexander CAMPBELL, Esq., when on looking at his watch and remarking that it was half past 5 o'clock, he fell lifeless on the floor. Medical aid was instantly procured but without avail. Mr. McDOUALL, age 71 was a native of Wigtonshire, Scotland. We deeply sympathise with his afflicted family.
