An inquest was held yesterday at the residence of Mrs. BEAMISH, Marsh Road (St. John) before Coroner Earle, on the body of George WILLIAMSON of Sussex (Kings Co.) they young man who was killed by a blast on the previous day near Read's Mills. Evidence was received showing that the blasts were not covered and that deceased met his death by a heavy piece of rock striking him on the back of the head, crushing his skull.
