Yesterday morn. John WILLIS, Esq., father of the editor of the 'Daily News' passed away suddenly. He was for 50 years connected with the Masonic fraternity and for last 20 years a resident of (St. John) city. His remains will be interred Saturday afternoon with Masonic honors.
