We regret to announce the death of Miss Olivia PARKER of Newcastle (North. Co.), one of the teachers of the town district, which sad event took place in New York early Wednesday morn. Never enjoying very good health. Miss Parker felt the need of some relaxation from her labors and obtained a year's leave of absence. The immediate cause of death was heart disease. She died in her sister's arms. Her remains were embalmed and in charge of her cousin George HENDERSON, were brought to her home to her aged mother and invalid sister. Her remains were interred in the family lot in St. James church grave yard on Sunday. The services at the house were conducted by Rev. George Harrison, assisted by Rev. Thos. Marshall.
