The funeral of the late James E. MORRIS, chief engineer of the "Lansdowne", took place from his late residence Main St. yesterday afternoon. The remains were taken to St. Peter's church where the service for the dead was read by Rev. T.A. Donahue, C.SS.R. The pall bearers were Capt. BISSETT, John COHOLAN, G.N. HEVENOR, Coun. James READY, James D. ROBERTSON and Capt. CLARK.
