In connection with the notice of the deceased Robert COX in yesterday's telegraph, there were some inaccuracies. The events took place in the latter part of 1863 and the trial took place in 1864. Mr. Cox was not on trial, but under Lt. John C. BRAINE with H.C. BROOKS, David COLLINS, John Parker LOCKE, Robert CLIFFORD, Linus SEELY, George ROBINSON, Galbraith COX, a brother, H.H. PARR and James McKINNEY. Of these, Collins, McKinney and Seely were tried.
