We are indebted to John WREN, formerly a resident of Chamcook, St. Andrews (Charlotte Co.) but now of Vancouver, B.C. for a copy of the 'Weekly World' containing a report of the installation of a new common council in that city. Charles CALDWELL, a St. Andrew's boy, was among the retiring Aldermen.
