We regret to record this morn. the death of William J. WELDON which occurred at his residence in Moncton Monday afternoon. The deceased was the oldest s/o late Andrew WELDON, Esq., Dorchester (West. Co.) and was born June 1823. Thirty years ago he went to Shediac and established the business there. He has been a resident of Moncton for seven years. He leaves a wife and six children, J.D. WELDON, Weldon House, Shediac, being the eldest son; J. WELDON, jr. of railway mail service; Ed WELDON, Moncton; and Charles C. WELDON, now in Washington Territory are his other sons. The funeral services will take place at the family residence on Wednesday morn. after which the body will be taken to Shediac by the noon train for interment. - 'Times'
