The funeral of late Robert GOLDING who died at his father's residence, Wickham (Queens Co.) on Saturday morn., took place yesterday afternoon from St. John's (Stone) Church. The decased gentleman, age 40, was born in Wickham and came to St. John when but a young man. He learned the dry goods business and was for five years a member of firm Likely, Golding & Carney. About nine years ago, Mr. Golding went to Winnipeg and purchased a farm where he worked for several years. Subsequently he was appointed to a position in a savings bank in that city, which position he resigned in consequence of ill health. He returned to St. John last spring and has since then remained with his father, Robert Golding. He married the eldest d/o Chas. A. EVERETT, M.P. who with four children survive him. The service at the church was conducted by Rev. Dobbs and Rev. Pickett of Oak Point conducted the service at the grave. The pall bearers were Charles K. CAMERON, Thomas LIKELY, L.J. CARNEY, Robt. McINTYRE, W.H. MURRAY and Thomas KEDEY.
