James LAWTON, Charles LAWTON, Benjamin LAWTON and James F. SECORD, Executors of the last will and testament of late W.A. LAWTON, Esq. have filed in Probate Court the necessary papers. By the will the estate is divived into sixteen equal shares: To James LAWTON, brother of the deceased, one share; and one share each to William LAWTON, Annie WICKWIRE, James F. LAWTON, Jeese STONE and Jane THOMPSON, children of said James LAWTON. One share to Charlotte INCHES daughter of deceased's sister, Susanna WOOFFENDALE, deceased; and one share each to Mrs. SECORD and her sister Charlotte, both children of deceased's late brother, Robert LAWTON. One share to deceased's brother, Charles LAWTON, one share to his brother, Benjamin LAWTON and one share each to Benjamin's two children, Charles and James; One share each to Mary LAWTON, Sarah LAWTON and Edwin LAWTON, all children of late Edwin LAWTON brother of the deceased - 'Globe' (see original)
