A little girl, 4 years of age, a d/o George ELLIS, Brittain St. (St. John) had her clthes catch fire from a stove Friday night. Her mother had left her only a few minutes before to get a pail of water and when she returned she was horrified to find the child's dress in flames. She did her best to extinguish the fire, but though sghe succeeded the arms and other portions of the child's body were frightfully burned. Medical aid was summoned, but in vain, for the little girl died early Saturday morn.
