Southampton - In West Brook there were two funerals in one day. Mrs. Carson ATKINSON, a young woman who died after a few days illness and Miss Selina SPROUL of Parrsboro, N.S. who in the dawn of a promising womanhood took a heavy cold and died of consumption. While these funerals were going on there was sorrow in the home of John JEFFERS in Newville where the husband and father was dying after a brief illness of consumption.
