The death is recorded on Aug. 9 at Point de Bute (West. Co.) of Capt. Benjamin WELLS, age 92. Deceased was a son of the late William WELLS and Catherine WELLS and the eldest of a family of ten children, of whom only three survive, viz. Mrs. Richard CHAPMAN, Amherst, N.S., Mrs. Joseph DOHERTY, Campbellton and Mrs. Alfred JONES, Point de Bute.
