d. Thursday morn., Lower Cove (so called) Sussex (Kings Co.) John AITON, about 24 years of age was found lying dead on the porch of his father's residence with his neck across the edge of a basket. The deceased was a member of a respectible family, thus thrown suddenly into a state of sad bereavement at a second time in less than one year - the former occasion been that of two lads drowned last summer while bathing in the river near the same place.
