Last eve, about 10 minutes before 9 o'clock, George R. COOPER s/o William COOPER of Fredericton city, passed away. Mr. Cooper had been suffering from a heavy cold and was feeling unwell for some two or three weeks and a week ago last Friday was compelled to remain in bed. He gradually grew worse and yesterday the doctor told the family that there was no hope and last eve. he breathed his last. The deceased was a young man well known in his native city. He was born Feb. 29th, 1860, thus being in his 35th year. About seve years ago, Mr. Cooper entered into the carriage business and has since carried on the factory at King Street. The funeral will take place Thursday afternoon 2 o'clock from his late residence, King Street. Mr. Cooper was a member of Court Milicete, I.O.F.
