We regret to learn that William RUDGE, a native of this County, formerly prop. of the Watsin House, died on 22nd inst. on his passage from British Columbia to San Francisco. His friends here received the sad intelligence of his death Tuesday morn. by telegraph on the arrival of the steamer at San Francisco.
