Calais, Maine, Sept. - James CASEY, member of city council of Milltown (Charlotte Co.) N.B. fell into an open reservoir at the Union Mills on his way home from Calais on Saturday night, struck his head, was stunned and drowned. His body was found Sunday at noon. He leaves a widow and five children.
