SWEENEY) The deceased, James D'Arcy MAGEE came to his death by a shock caused by mental excitement, exhaustion and former disease and we find while in that condition his head came in contact with an uneven floor in a room in the Brunswick House, while in the act of throwing Thomas GORMAN to the floor and that no blame can be attached to Thomas Gorman or other persons.
