On Monday eve. 19th inst., a social gathering occurred at the residence of Weeden F. WETMORE, Deaon of the First Baptist Church of Springfield (Kings Co.) The gathering consisted of children, grand children and great grandchildren. Mr. Wetmore has reached the advanced age of 81 years and quite able to look after the affairs of the farm. He at present has nine living children (4 sons and 5 daughters), 22 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
