On Tuesday morning, James RUSSELL, Tavern-Keeper in Brussells St., St. John was found dead in a vacant lot on the roadside having, as it is supposed, fallen over the high bank nearly opposite John FORSYTH's residence in Brussells St. the night previous. Mr. RUSSELL left Mr. FORSYTH's at a late hour in the evening, and from the darkness of the night, it is though he walked over the precipice and was killed ny the fall. He left a wife and one child.
