John JOHNSTONE was killed in the mill of Hon. Peter MITCHELL at Black Brook (North. Co.) on Monday. He was engaged with a stick in putting a belt on one of the drums. The stick got between the belt and the drum, wrenched out of his hands, made a revolution and struck him in the breast piercing him to the heart. We sympathize with his family.
