John CREIGHTON, member of Dominion L.O. Lodge No. 141 was yesterday afternoon interred with the honors of the Loyal Orange Assoc. Four hundred Orangemen turned out to pay last sad rites to the deceased. The pall bearers were Samuel DeVENNE, sr., Richard ANDERSON, Joseph C. WOOD, Wm HILL, Edward COX and Joseph McARTHUR. The remains were conveyed to the Church of England burial ground. During the day the flag at the round house where the late Mr. Creighton had been employed was at half mast. (see original)
