Mrs. BALDWIN was the niece of late Judge David Brown WETMORE for many years a member of Kings County in the Provincial Legislature and great granddaughter of Rev. James WETMORE, M.A., Rector of Rye, Westchester Co., New York from 1720 to 1760. His father, James WETMORE remained in the U.S. at the close of the Revolution and settled in Delaware Co., N.Y.
