An interesting event took place in St. Luke's Church, Baie Verte (West. Co.) 4th inst. when friends assembled to witness the marriage between George B. WILLETT and Laura FLETCHER, both of Port Elgin. Miss FLETCHER, sister of the bride was bridesmaid, while the groom was supported by Dr. McCULLY. Rev. Donald Bliss officiated.
