The Liverpool 'Advance' announces the death of Andrew COWIE, citizen of that place, age 92. The deceased had represented Queens in the local parliament for several years previous to confederation and was senior member the firm of Cowie & Sons. Mr. Cowie was a grandfather of the late Andrew Cowie of St. John city, N.B. and of Rev. J.R. DeW. COWIE, formerly rector at Waterford.
