Scope and Content
Two ideas are used to analyze the practicality of Premier Frank McKenna's recruiting trips across the country to entice people to return or move to the province as a means of promoting economic development, the attempt to build cars here, the Bricklin, and Bob Rae's challenges in dealing with the layoffs in the auto industry.
